Forfaiting
Forfaiting is to sell an unconditional debt obligation arising from the supply of goods and/or services (bill of exchange) at a discount to a third party (forfaiter) on a without recourse basis.
The bills of exchange are issued by the exporter accepted by the importer, and guaranteed by the forfaiter.
