We are pleased to announce the completion of our technological infrastructure transformation. With the new core banking system, we aim to offer customers all of our services with a better banking experience.

Within the framework of our technological transformation activities that we conduct as HSBC Turkey, we renewed our Business Internet Banking in a way to enable you to carry out your banking transactions easily. Our new Business Internet Banking is now live with its upgraded design and transaction set.

What's New in Business Internet Banking

Self Service

Customers, who forget their Internet Banking password or security device pin, will be able to get a new password easily and unlock their security devices via Self Service module.

Easy Onboarding

After Internet Banking application from branches, password for internet login will be automatically sent to customer's mobile phone via SMS.

Better Account Reporting

System will allow users to sort and view account activity depending on the activity and the transaction type.

Users will be able to download account activity in different formats such as MT 940/942.

Better E-receipt

E-receipts will contain all the required information with a standardized format.

Detailed Authorization Pattern

Transaction amount based approval pattern will be available. Such as; AAB 250k TRY, AA 100k TRY, AB 50k TRY, BB 20k TRY.

Account Based Approval Authorization

Source account based single and bulk file payment approval will be available.

Changes in Business Internet Banking

Functions which will no longer be available

  • Purchase Card - close loop direct debitting system which works via card mechanism
  • Merchant reconciliation reports
  • Beneficiary restriction on Bulk File Payment system
  • Bulk Customs Tax Payments
  • Some of the statements such as stoppage tax statements
  • User Based Account Name Set Up will no longer be available. Account names will be used jointly with other users.
  • Mobile Signature – PKI usage on mobile devices
  • HASH – File encryption on bulk payment files
  • Debit Card- entitlements for debit card on ATMs
  • Cheque warehouse function allows users to view snapshot view of cheque information will no longer be available.
  • Printing or downloading the information on check screens
  • TRY Currency SWIFT and future dated (valued) SWIFT
  • SGK (Social Security Premium) Automated payment order
  • Some of the card management functions which are part of Corporate Card management functions
  • Pre-defined beneficiaries will be used jointly with other users. User based structure will no longer be available.

User Transaction Approval Limit

User transaction limits will not be part of authorization  stage. New Business Internet Banking lacks of user approval limit control at the transaction authorization stage.

Multi Format Bulk File uploading (for domestic payments)

Customers will not be able to use and upload their multi format files via Internet Banking.

Customers will either use single file format or use sFTP for their uploads.

Bulk file Instruction level approval (for domestic payments)

Customers will not be able to approve transaction in a bulk file on a selection basis.

Self Service

Customers, who forget their Internet Banking password or security device pin, will be able to get a new password easily and unlock their security devices via Self Service module.

1. How do I log in to the Business Internet Banking?

User can log in to Business Internet Banking by entering existing User Code in the Username field and existing password in E-Password field.

Please note that Username is case-sensitive.


On the Next screen, user need to enter another password generated by Security Key as before.

2. What will happen to my account entitlements defined in the Business Internet Banking?

Your account and card entitlements will remain same.

3. What will happen to my transaction authority defined in the Business Internet Banking?

Your transaction entitlements will remain same.

4. What will happen to my pre-defined transactions?

Your pre-defined transactions will remain same with your short name or nickname that you have specified in Business Internet Banking. You can still continue to use it as earlier before the transition. As an innovation, all the users of your company will be able to access and see predefined transactions of each other.

5. What will happen to the behavior of users who have a beneficiary restriction?

Users having beneficiary restriction will act as same as before. In new Business Internet Banking, users will be restricted to engage only with certain receivers and the users will still only be able to carry out the transactions set out for them.

6. What will happen to the short names / nicknames defined for my accounts?

Your short names / nicknames will remain same. However, in the new system you can also use a short name / nickname of other users. When you make a change, you will be asked to consider that this change will be noticed by other users.

7. How our Super User will make changes in authority, entitlement, transaction, account and limit etc. after transition?

After transition, your Super Users will also have the same authority as other System Admin Users. Therefore, Super Users will not have any authority for changes and will have to contact the customer service authorities for any changes in entitlement, transaction, account and limit etc.

8. What should I do if I forget / lock my e-password and how can I reset it?

If you forget/lock your e-password, you can easily unlock it and create a new e-password using our new self-service application.

Please click on Forgot Password link and enter the requested information. You will receive one time password on your registered GSM number which will be used to create/setup your new e-password to be used for future login.


9. What should I do if I forget Secure Key password and lock Secure Key token?

In case you forget your Secure Key password and lock your secure key token after 3 unsuccessful attempts you can easily unlock it and create new Secure Key password by following below steps through our new self-service application.

A - Click the Secure Key Unlock link.
B - Enter the requested information.
C - Enter the Lock Pin code on application from your device,
D – You will receive 4 to 8 digit Secure Key on your registered GSM number.
E - Enter 4 to 8 digit Secure Key on application to unlock the security token.
F – Reset/create a new Secure Key password on token by re-entering it.


10. Which transactions will be available on Business Internet Banking?

EFT, Money Order, SWIFT transactions to Tax, Customs Tax, SSK, Instructions / online invoice payments, Bulk order transactions via file, Foreign Exchange, Investment transactions and Online Check / bill information.

11. Can we close company accounts to Business Internet Banking or User?

You can use your company accounts with different options that you can turn off your company accounts for the use of Internet Banking during or after you define your company at Internet Banking.

Your company accounts have four different options for internet use:

  • Close to Internet Banking: You can define your company accounts as you would like them to be closed to Internet Banking and not to be monitored by Internet Banking.
  • Defining to make only balance monitoring from Internet Banking: The company accounts that you specify can be turned on to Internet Banking and closed for financial transactions. With this definition, only account balance information will be accessible and account movements will not be tracked.
  • Identification of Balance and Account Movements from Internet Banking: The company accounts that you specify can be opened to Internet Banking and closed for financial transactions. With this definition, in addition to balance monitoring from these company accounts, you can access account information / transactions, monitor all transactions of Internet Banking and branches.
  • Defining All Transactions from Internet Banking: You can open the Internet Banking to perform all transactions that you want, both financial and non-financial.
