Press “Kartsız İşlemler” button to start Cardless Transactions Menu.
Please choose a language on the screen.
Choose the Deposit Cash button on the screen.
Enter your Turkish Citizenship Number.
Enter your date of brith as day, month and year (01011995).
Enter your Mobile Phone Number.
Once the transaction details are displayed on the ATM screen, click on the message sent to your mobile phone via your HSBC Bank Mobile App within the specified time, and click the "Confirm" button.*
Select Payment Type (Other Payments, Office Rent etc.)
If you want to specify any note in the comments field, use the keyboard on the screen and then press ENTER; if you don't want to, press ENTER directly.
You can make cash deposit to account transaction by using the card number, account number or IBAN number.
- If you select the Card Number, enter in the Bank card number and press CONTINUE
- If you select the Account Number, enter the Branch code and press CONTINUE; enter the Customer Number and press CONTINUE, enter the account number and press CONTINUE
- If you select the IBAN Number, enter the IBAN number and press CONTINUE
The first name / last name of the customer who the entered information belongs to is masked out. If the information is incorrect, press BACK and enter the information again; if the information is correct, press CONTINUE.
Read the warnings on the screen and press CONTINUE.
Insert your cash into the opening slot.
The number of the bills paid in and the amount of the deposited cash are displayed on the screen, check it and click the Confirm button.
Check the information on the confirmation screen and press I Confirm.
The transaction is complete.
Choose Receipt if you want a receipt.
For other transactions, press the Main Menu button.
If you do not make any other transaction , press the Exit button.
*Before starting, make sure that your phone's Internet and notifications for your HSBC Mobile Banking App are turned on.
To open messages sent to your HSBC Mobile Banking app, click Instant Notification Settings on the Security and Settings tab after you log in to your Mobile Banking app. Then enable notifications via the option Account Movement Notifications.
You will get three notifications per each transaction. If you have not confirmed the transaction despite 3 notifications, you should cancel the transaction on the ATM and start from the beginning.
In the event that the HSBC Mobile Application is reinstalled as a result of deletion or reinstalled on a new phone due to a change of phone, you must reactivate your Mobile Secure Key.
