5% BSMV is added to the above-mentioned fees. All fees whose calculation frequency is specified as daily or annual are collected monthly. The fees and commissions in the table are based on MKK Fee Principles and HSBC reserves the right to make changes in these fees and commissions.

¹Investor Registry Number and Password Submission Fee is automatically made by MKK when the Customer Request and portfolio value exceeds 10,000. -TRY for the first time.

²Account Maintenance Fee: A daily account maintenance fee of 0.0351 TL is charged for accounts with a market value of 1000 TL or more. It is 1.05 TL per month.

³Mutual Fund Custody Fee is 5 per Hundred Thousand annually based on the value determined by multiplying the number of shares and the share price from the Mutual Funds Linked to the Equity and Participation Umbrella Fund; for other mutual fund shares, 1 per ten thousand is charged annually based on the value determined by multiplying the number of shares and the share price.

⁴Mutual Fund Share Trading Fee is charged as 0.075 per ten thousand on the transaction amount.

⁵Participation Fee in Paid and Unpaid Capital Increases is 2.5 per ten thousand based on the market value of the shares purchased from the capital increase of stocks that can be traded on the Stock Exchange; 1/10,000 is charged on the nominal value of the shares purchased from the capital increase of shares that cannot be traded on the stock exchange.

⁶Capital Reduction Fee, 2.5 per ten thousand based on the market value of the reduced portion in capital reduction transactions of stocks that can be traded on the stock exchange; In capital reduction transactions of shares that cannot be traded on the stock exchange, 1/10,000 is taken from the nominal value of the reduced portion.

⁷Dividend Payment Fee, 2.5 per ten thousand on the amount paid for stock shares tradable on the Stock Exchange; For stock shares that are not traded on the stock exchange, 5 per hundred thousand is charged.

⁸Conversion Fee from Non-Exchange-Tradeable Share to Exchange-Tradeable Share, Maximum amount has been determined as 22,3538 TRY.

⁹Custody Fee for Stock Exchange Tradeable Shares is charged based on market value.

¹⁰Custody Fee for Shares That Cannot Be Traded on the Stock Exchange is charged at 1/10,000 annually, based on the lower of nominal value and market value.

¹¹No fee is charged for sending via e-mail.

In the continuous transaction method, in cases where the order is completely canceled, its price is worsened, or the order quantity is reduced at price levels other than the current price level, 0,1 bps (0,1/10000) fee is charged on the TRY volume of the reduced part of each order and the entire cancelled/price worsened order.
In cases where the order is completely cancelled, its price is worsened, or the order quantity is reduced in the single price parts of the session, a fee of 0.125 bps (0.125/10000) is charged on the TRY volume of the reduced part of each order and the entire cancelled/price worsened order.
In the continuous transaction method, price worsening, quantity reduction and cancellation fees for orders at the current price level are calculated differently depending on the time they are executed. In the calculation made in three stages, following the transmission of the orders to the system or the last change made on the order;
- 0.625 bps for up to 5 seconds (including the fifth second), (0.625 /10000)
- For actions performed between 6 seconds and 10 seconds (including the tenth second), 0.375 bps, (0.375/10000) fee is accrued.
- The fee rate for order cancellation, price worsening, and quantity reduction in fixed and variable price book building methods in public offerings in the Primary Market is 0.125 bps (0.125/10000).
