  • You can withdraw USD, EUR and GBP beside TL within your daily TL withdrawal limit from HSBC Bank ATMs where you see $ / € / £ sign.
  • You can withdraw cash advance, pay credit card debts, check credit card debt and limits, change or upload your card PIN from HSBC Bank ATMs with all other domestic bank credit cards. You can also withdraw and deposit cash from/to your main account and view your balance from the Account Transactions menu with your credit card.
  • You can withdraw and deposit cash from/to your main account and view your balance with all your other bank debit cards from HSBC Bank ATMs. You can also pay your credit card debt from the Credit Card Transactions menu with your debit card, check your credit card debt and card limit. You can change or upload your PIN using your chipped debit card.
  • At HSBC Bank ATMs, you can use your other domestic and abroad debit card with Visa Electron, Vpay or Maestro / Cirrus and TROY emblem.

Features and Conveniences in Cash Deposit:

  • Only 5,10, 20, 50,100 and 200 TL banknotes are accepted.
  • You can deposit maximum of 75 banknotes at a time.
  • You need to deposit the banknotes into the "MONEY ENTRY" section in the same line without folding them.
  • Folded, torn and wet banknotes and coins will not be accepted by ATMs.
  • If you have an open and valid GBP, USD or EUR account linked to your card; you can make online deposits in GBP, USD and EUR within the daily deposit limit.

I am an HSBC customer. My card/money got stuck in the ATM during a transaction. What should I do?

If your debit or credit cards are stuck at our ATMs, please call +90 850 211 0 111 Telephone Banking and report to the customer service representative. You can also close your card as lost/stolen or optionally cancelled from the Internet Banking or Mobile Banking application, and then call +90 850 211 0 111 Telephone Banking to have your card renewed.

If your money gets stuck during a transaction at our ATMs or other domestic bank ATMs and the money is confiscated by the ATM, please call +90 850 211 0 111 Telephone Banking and report to the customer service representative.

My HSBC Debit Card / Credit Card is retained at another bank ATM. What should I do?

Which transactions can be performed from other bank ATMs?

From other domestic bank ATMs; using your debit card, you can withdraw and deposit cash, view your balance, change your debit card PIN, upload your chipped debit card PIN and make debt payments and debt inquiries from the Credit Card menu.

From other domestic bank ATMs; using your credit card, you can withdraw cash advance, make debt payments and debt inquiries, check your limit, change and upload your PIN and withdraw and deposit cash from/to your main account from the Account Transactions menu and check your balance.

From ATMs abroad; using your debit card, you can withdraw cash, and using your credit card, you can withdraw cash advance.

While withdrawing cash from an HSBC Bank ATM, the amount was deducted from my account, but ATM didn’t give me the money. What should I do?
