Standing Orders

With HSBC Standing Orders, you can make regular and automatic payments to specific accounts on specified dates and in set sums via money transfer or EFT.

Features and Advantages

• Payments such as rent, condo fees and school fees where the date and amount are fixed, can be made automatically from your account, with a single order.
• You can send money orders and EFTs to accounts at HSBC Bank Branches or other local banks.
• You can make changes to the dates and amounts of the Periodic Payment order even if the payments have already begun to be made.
• Even if there are insufficient funds in your account, an Overdraft Account can be easily established to pay all your bills on time.
• As part of Standing Order service, 1 day before the day of payment, your total payment amount regarding your instructed payments information will be sent to you via SMS*. 1 Day after the day of payment, another SMS will be sent to you with information whether payment has been made or not. SMS Service is free of charge.
