With HSBC Automatic Bill Payment service you can easily pay your bills directly from your account just by issuing a single order.

Features and Conveniences

  • Türk Telekom (Home/Work Phone, Internet, Call Service, Data Line, ISDN, and Telex services)
  • Mobile phone (Türk Telekom TT Mobile, Vodafone, Turkcell)
  • Electric
  • Water
  • Natural gas
  • Digiturk, D-Smart
  • Turksat Cable TV
  • HSBC Advantage Credit Card payments will be automatically deducted from your account on the due date.
  • As part of automatic bill payment service, regarding your communication preferences(SMS/Email) , your total bill amount information will be sent to you, 1 day before the day of payment. 1 Day after the day of payment, another SMS/Email will be sent to you with information whether payment has been made or not. SMS / Email Service is free of charge.

Customers whose communication preferences are close to SMS/Email are not included. You can update your communication preferences through HSBC Mobile Banking, HSBC Bank Personal Internet Banking, HSBC Bank Telephone Banking 0850 211 0 111 and all our HSBC Branches.

Even if there is insufficient funds in your account, your bill payment will be automatically deducted from your Overdraft Account, if you have.

You can also pay your bills instantly by accessing your current account via HSBC Mobile Banking, HSBC Personal Internet Banking, HSBC Bank ATMs and HSBC Telephone Banking at 0850 211 0 111.
