With HSBC Direct Debit Orders you can easily pay your bills directly from your account just by issuing a single direct debit order.

Features and Advantages

Bills you can pay with Automatic Payments include:

  • Türk Telekom (Telephone, ADSL, Car Phone, Pager, Data Line, ISDN, and Telex services)
  • Mobile Phone (Avea, Turkcell, KKTCELL, Vodafone)
  • Electric

  • Natural Gas
  • Digiturk, Digitech
  • Türksat Cable TV
  • HSBC Advantage Credit Card payments will be automatically deducted from your account on the due date.
  • As part of Direct Debit Order service, 1 day before the day of payment, your total payment amount regarding your instructed payments information will be sent to you via SMS*. 1 Day after the day of payment, another SMS will be sent to you with information whether payment has been made or not. SMS Service is free of charge.

Even if there are insufficient funds in your account, an Overdraft Account (link) can be easily defined to pay all your bills on time.

You can also pay your bills instantly from your demand deposit account using HSBC Bank Personal Internet BankingHSBC Bank ATMs and HSBC Bank Telephone Banking at 0850 211 0 111.

Do not forget to bring a sample copy** of your bills when making your application.

**When issuing an automatic payment instruction for a telephone bill, only the mobile or landline number is required. For all other Automatic Payment requests you must bring a sample copy of your bills. Please note that it is not necessary that the bill be in your name.
