How Do I Choose to Use Digital Slip?
You can choose your Digital Slip preference by going to "Cards > Digital Slip Transactions > Receipt Preference" menu in HSBC Mobile / Internet Banking or by calling HSBC Telephone Banking via dialling +90 850 211 0 111. You may choose to receive a Digital Slip for all your purchases or just for your contactless transactions.
How Do I View My Digital Slips?
You may view and share your slips of purchases made using your credit or debit card within the last 6 months from "Cards > Digital Slip Transactions > Show Receipt” menu in HSBC Mobile / Internet Banking.
