You can make transactions with your HSBC Bank Card 7 days and 24 hours from both HSBC ATMs and from domestic and international ATMs with Visa Electron, Vpay, Maestro / Cirrus emblems. You can shop within the available amount of your deposit account and HSBC daily transaction limits via POS machines in stores.

Withdraw USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD from all ATMs abroad with no commission.
• In order to withdraw money from your USD, EURO, GBP, CAD or AUD accounts without paying commission while you are abroad, it is enough to define your foreign currency account that you want to use abroad via Mobil, Internet or Telephone Banking.
• DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) option may be offered by the ATM bank during the withdrawals. If the DCC option is accepted, the difference between the amount withdrawn and the amount reflected on account may occur due to the parities.
• The HSBC Debit Card does not have an annual card fee.
• You can create your HSBC Bank Card password from HSBC Telephone Banking 0850 211 0 111, Mobile Banking or from HSBC Retail Internet Banking.

¹HSBC Bank Cards will be delivered with a contactless feature turned on. It will be available for contactless transactions after the first transactions you will make using your password from ATM or POS. Contactless payment enables all locations that have a Visa / MasterCard® PayPassTM reader to do transactions of TRYs 2.500 and below without a password and signature. The contactless feature of the HSBC Debit Card will be able to be opened and closed via Internet, Mobile, Telephone Banking and our branches.
