IVR detects the phone number you are calling from and when it matches with the mobile number on our systems than your cards last 4 digit will be enough to identify yourselves on IVR.

Your menu options and order which are based on your product ownership will keep you away from hearing irrelevant menu options.

Identification with credit card number, requires credit card PIN and using customer number or national ID on identification step requires phone banking PIN for verification on IVR. After you have successfully passed the verification step than the menu options below would be available and at your service.
