HSBC Asset Management Long Term Fixed Income Fund (HTT) in your portfolio, affiliated to HSBC Asset Management Fixed Income Umbrella Fund, will be merged into HSBC Asset Management Medium Term Fixed Income Fund (HST), affiliated to HSBC Asset Management Fixed Income Umbrella Fund, on 25/05/2022 and its title will be changed as HSBC Asset Management Fixed Income Fund (HST).
As of 25/04/2022, you will not be able to subscribe to HSBC Asset Management Long Term Fixed Income Fund, but if you wish, you can redeem the fund in your portfolio until 23/05/2022 at 13:30. If you don’t redeem the fund, your participation shares belonging to the HSBC Asset Management Long Term Fixed Income Fund will turn into HSBC Asset Management Fixed Income Fund with the merger. Merger transactions will take place by converting HTT fund shares into HST fund in line with the merger rate to be calculated with the price determined on the evening of 24/05/2022 of the fund subject to the merger. There will be no withholding tax due to the conversion process.
