Viewing E-Statements

Our customers, who receive their HSBC Credit Card statements via e-mail, can now view quickly the details of the statement from PDF file as the attachment of the e-mail sent to them, without logging into HSBC Internet Banking.

Availability to Use Foreign Exchange Accounts When Abroad

You can designate your USD, EURO or British Pound (GBP) account as your main account defined to your HSBC Debit Card, apart from your TRY account. By doing so, you can withdraw cash in local currency by using your HSBC Debit card in territories of USD, EURO or British Pound (GBP), when abroad.

Availability of Cash Advance and Installment Cash Advance through Our Branches and HSBC Retail Mobile Banking

You can make HSBC Credit Card Cash Advance and Installment Cash Advance transactions also at HSBC Branches and HSBC Retail Mobile Banking, apart from HSBC ATMs, Telephone Banking and Internet Banking.

Direct Debit Order for Bills and Online Payment of Bills

Using HSBC Internet Banking and Telephone Banking, you can give Direct Debit Order for and pay online your bills with your HSBC Credit Card quickly and easily.

Modifications

Consolidation of Advantage Credit (ÇatPara) and Installment Cash Advance Service

Starting from 24 April 2018, you can make use of “Installment Advantage Credit (ÇatPara)” service which consolidates Advantage Credit and Installment Cash Advance services, using Retail Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, HSBC Branches and ATMs.

One-off and Regular EFT/Wire Transactions by using Credit Card

EFT, Wire, Regular EFT and Regular Wire transactions by using HSBC Credit Cards cannot be made through HSBC ATMs, Telephone Banking and Internet Banking. You can make these transactions using your Demand Deposit Account.

Access to your accounts using your HSBC Credit Card and Debit Card at HSBC ATMs

All your demand deposit accounts will be accessible using HSBC Credit Card and Debit Card at HSBC ATMs. The practice of defining only the selected accounts to your cards and monitoring them at ATMs has been terminated. As for the ATMs of other banks, your “Main Account” details will be accessible as usual.

SMS Alert System

The service of sending SMS for information and reminder purposes regarding HSBC Credit Cards, which is offered to our customers within the scope of SMS Alert System, has been terminated. Our customers can define more comprehensive information services that we offer within this scope, using HSBC Retail Internet Banking, HSBC Retail Mobile Banking, www.hsbc.com.tr and HSBC Telephone Banking.

What is new

Online Loan Payment using HSBC ATMs

You can now make your Personal Loan installment payment/debt repayment transactions online, using ATM menu and selecting “loan repayment” option (with early/deferred/on-time options).

Modifications

Overdraft Account which is interest-free for the first 7 days and offered within the scope of Advance and Big Step

The facility of using Overdraft Account which is interest and charge free within first 7 days each month for our Premier Customers and Advance Customers within the scope of “Big Step” and “Advance Advantages” respectively, has been terminated.

Availability to use Overdraft Account at ATMs of Other Banks

When using ATMs of other banks, our customers can only be allowed to use their demand deposit account balance. They cannot withdraw cash from their mutual funds and Overdraft account balance.
