Internal Job Posting

Open positions in the Bank are announced through “Internal Job Posting System” to all employees. Objectives of the "Job Posting System" is to encourage employee’s career development, to create new opportunities to work in different departments and meet the needs for vacant positions within the Bank. All employees may apply for any of the job posting announcements if they think their competencies are coherent for the job. Applicants who has the most appropriate competencies will be appointed to the posted jobs if they are successful at the interviews.
