The system maintenance will be performed on April 13, Saturday and April 14, Sunday from 2am to 7am and during this period, we will not be able to offer services through our Banking channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking and ATMs).
We kindly ask you to take this into consideration and plan your product, service and financial needs, especially cash withdrawal needs, accordingly.
During system maintenance period;
- HSBC Debit Cards will not be in use, however, you will be able to use HSBC Credit Cards to make purchases (3D secure online payments are excluded) and you may withdraw cash advance from your credit card through all non HSBC ATMs, also pay your credit card debt via QNB Finansbank ATMs.
- HSBC Telephone Banking will be available in the case of lost or stolen cards.
