During system maintenance period;
- HSBC Debit Cards will not be in use, however, you will be able to use HSBC Credit Cards to make purchases (3D secure online payments are excluded) and you may withdraw cash advance from your credit card through all non HSBC ATMs, also pay your credit card debt via QNB Finansbank ATMs.
- HSBC Telephone Banking will be available in the case of lost or stolen cards.
