Digital Channel Password

You can log in to Internet and mobile banking channels with your numerical password.

Digital Channel Password

The password you use for your digital banking logins must be 6 digits and consists of numbers only.

You can easily continue your banking transactions with your 6-digit and numbers-only password.

The password rule set is as below;

  • Must be 6 digits long and consist of numbers only.
  • Must not start with 0.
  • Must not contain your T.C. identification number, customer number or username data.
  • Must not contain 3 or more repeating or consecutive numbers (For example; 111, 123 etc.).
  • Must not include the years from 1900 to today.
  • Must be different than your last three password.
Mobile Banking

If You Received a New Password;

If you received a new password, the process will be as follows when you first open the mobile banking application:

Step 1: Enter your Username and Password.

Step 2: Enter the One-Time Password sent via SMS.

Step 3: Since the password is received for the first time, you are asked to change the password.

Step 4: Pair the mobile application with the device.

If Your Password Has Expired;

If your password has expired, the process will be as follows when you first open the mobile banking application:

Step 1: Enter your Digital Channel Password into the mobile application.

Step 2: Since the password has expired, you are asked to change the password.

Step 3: Create a new password following the password rules.

Step 4: You will be directed to the home page.

Internet Banking

If You Received a New Password;

If you received a new password, the process will be as follows when you first open the internet banking application:

Step 1: Enter your Username and Password.

Step 2: Enter the One-Time Password sent via SMS.

Step 3: Since the password is received for the first time, you are asked to change the password.

Step 4: After the password is set, select the Security Image.

If Your Password Has Expired;

Step 1: Enter your Username and Password.

Step 2: Enter the One-Time Password sent via SMS.

Step 3: Since the password has expired, you are asked to change the password.

Step 4: After the password is set, select the Security Image.
