Transaction Signing is a security step that ensures the control and verification of transaction data for transactions that take place in personal internet banking and mobile banking applications. Transaction signing occur for all your defined and undefined money transfers.

Mobile Banking Applications Transaction Signing

Transaction signing occurs during the confirmation step of all defined/undefined money transfers carried out through mobile banking applications.

Step 1: Enter the required information on the transaction screen.

Step 2: Check the information on the confirmation screen of the relevant transaction and continue.

Step 3: In the Transaction Signing step, the information is requested to be confirmed within a defined period of time.

Step 4: Transaction occurs once the Transaction Signing is confirmed.

Internet Banking Transaction Signing

Step 1: Proceed with the relevant transaction via Internet Banking.

Step 2: When "Continue" is selected on the confirmation screen, push notification with transaction data is sent to the device where the mobile application is activated.

Step 3: The information is requested to be confirmed within a defined period of time after checking the transaction data on the directed screen.

Step 4: When approval is given via push notification in the mobile application, the transaction requested via Internet Banking occurs.
